Almeria Spain is a great place to visit. Very affordable and has a fantastic moorish Fort which is huge and free to enter. It's also not far from the desert where they filmed many spaghetti westerns.

As a latvian I can say that Latvia ir cheap only compared to Scandinavia. Poland is lot more cheaper.

The European country which is relatively cheap, which is full of the most wonderful things to see in the world, some attractions of which easily rival Versailles or Louvre, with excellent transport, helpful locals, cheap and delicious comfort food, is of course Russia. So once the madman has calmed down, it's somewhere you should visit, much more so than any and all destinations mentioned in this video.
Another cheap city in England to is the city of Hull in East Yorkshire along with near by Berverly got a lot of interesting places to go like the fisher man museum and the East Yorkshire museum along with the Deep and art gallery
Go to Tenerife! But avoid the resorts, and stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Fantastic bars, fantastic restaurants, fantastic Kiosos, good hotel prices, great museums and sights nearby, and it's so well connected by public transport that you can use it as a base for spending weeks exploring the rest of the island. 100% a "no regrets" trip.
Some place i won’t recommend going in Europe in my opinion are Brussel. Only the main square and royal palace are nice places but thats it. Its a very poor looking city and quite dangerous in some areas.
In Romania I recommend constanatá its like a beach strip very cheap full of hotels
Went to Nurmberg and Bamberg in late March. We loved them both. Bamberg was done on a day trip from Nurmberg and it was very easy to pull off. I am looking forward to going back because in one day you just can't see everything. Enjoyed the smoked beer, but quite honestly, an ale is more to my liking. But I am glad that I tried it and I will do it again next time. Thank you for suggesting Bamberg.

Nice places,I'm planning a trip to St. Petersburg which includes a visit to Riga and Talinn.
Both Prague and Budapest were both very reasonable and amazing. Krakow and Naples are also worth visiting for cheap.
Liverpool just feels like home! I will definitely go back!
