I love cruising and ferry journeys. Goes back to when I went on a channel ferry as a teen and to the Outer Hebrides on a college biology trip. Just love being on the water and i have experienced some pretty rough seas and never got sea sick. My mother was really sick coming back from France on a ferry. The ship was delayed and was really rocking. People were staggering around the duty free shop lol. I was fine.
This is a dream "cruise" I want to go on. I'm gonna have to save my pennies. Getting there from Oklahoma will be an adventure.
In the early 1990’s my partner and I took this trip one way. Stopping at the various ports along the way, leaving and picking up post and necessities. Our ship was much more modest, but it was thirty odd years back! I had so looked for a viewing of the Lofoten mountains, but alas the weather was not in our favour. I am looking forward to watching more of your adventures.

Years ago if you passed a ship going the same way you passed on the other ship's starboard side. The saying used to be "if to starboard red appear it is your duty to keep clear"

I did this but from Kirkenes to Bergen on Havila! Easily the most picturesque and enriching cruise Ive ever done.
