Guys for SL it’s not all about the south! Especially if visiting different times of year. We stayed in Sigiriya great little place to visit the rock, safaris etc but it’s also got some lovely cafes & restaurants. Would highly recommend Kandy, Trincomalee & Arugum bay. All different vibes and loads places to explore, and the amazing Nuwara Eliya

You lost me when you said Albania, I have been there and quite possibly the most overrated country in Europe. I just laugh when people say it's the Maldives of Europe, clearly by people that have never been to the Maldives. The coast has already been bought up by private companies with over priced restaurants and Chinese tat tourists shops everywhere
The places you mention in Sri Lanka are all touristy believe me the north and East are authentic, cheaper and less touristy

Hello! Great and informative video! I love, love Asia and haven't been to Sri Lanka. What is the street dogs situation where you were at in Sri Lanka? Something I always struggle with when I'm in an Asian country are the stray dogs and cats. I do volunteer, but the street animals always put a downer on my trips.
The most beautiful place in Lefkada is Sivota Bay, which is breathtaking.
Sri Lanka is one of my favorite place is the world! Such wonderful people, food and scenery. My other top island destinations are Sardinia off the coast of Italy and Praslin/La Digue in Seychelles
Such BS… you don’t have to go all the way to Sri Lanka for beautiful beaches😂…where it rains a lot… you can find many beautiful beaches throughout Southern California without the rain 🤦🏽♂️
