Yea absolutely not. Spent my 20s definitely doing the former, but at 38yro now, my camera bag still weighs like 20 lbs. I have the rf100-500 usm L, rf15-35 L, sigma rf 18-50 f2.8, canon r7 body, a tripod, and 3 batteries 😂
in my 30s and I have more camera gear than I ever could have in my 20s. In my 20s I had a Nikon and the lenses that came in the kit with a few different attachments that were 20 to 30 dollars that could work with my macro photography. It wasn't tell I was 25 that my brother and law gave me a few of his stuff that my kit started growing.
I just got my first ever camera for Christmas, it's digital. I absolutely love going to my back yard looking out in the neighbors pasture and taking landscape pics, I'm 15 btw lol.
HONESTLY. I have a nice camera and 5 lenses. It’s such a pain to bring on trips I just rely on my iPhone which takes really good photos anyway. Unless I’m there for a while and have an actual house I’m staying at
Sony, otherwise known as a shit version of a canon. Worst in every single way, a pointless product that never needed to be invented. Anyone who buys one has no real idea about photography.
I actually just bought a canon R50 after using full frame cameras for a decade, so that when Im traveling I have a light camera. I’ve been using my phone for 3 years for traveling because I didn’t wanna carry the weight, but think I found my compromise.

+1 for pre-zooming the zoom lens. Ain't ever gonna catch me crackalacking.
What bag?
Bold of you to assume I have that much money in my 20’s
Nah, in your 20's there's no way you can afford all that 😂
Eww no. I ask expecting one body and a couple lenses for your 30's planning. But just your phone? 🙄

Yeah I went from 4 primes to 1 zoom
Wow! You have lots of stuff, probably you can gift some of the stuff you dont need
Yo hold on, I take enough lens to cover a good distance, unless I'm diving. i have an entire suitcase for my dive housing and strobes 🙂
20 yo me: brings everything I own
30 yo me: brings every roll of film
I just don't believe these influencers anymore. After I tested the Vivo X300 pro and Oppo find x 9 against the iPhone
😂😂😂😂😂😂
My Z50 with 24mm has been serving me well. 😂
Small and versatile setup.

No when you turn 30 you automatically upgrade to Nikon
True 😅
You phones fine, but a compact camera equipped with a small prime is fire.
But why not bring just two superzooms and two cameras?
Ah the typical look at all my gear video thanks yt algorithm
I just came back from 1 month thailand. And i only brought 1 lens. Sony FE 50/150 F2.0 GM. With my sony A1 II
Legit lol
Just imagine the overall cost of them 😂😂😂 and if the back got stolen 😂😂
I’m in my 20s and can only carry a Camera body, 3 light-ish lenses and some maintenance gear because of my back pain😂😂😂
I think you actually got it backwards 😂

One 35mm rangefinder with a normal prime stuffed into a wool sock is all I took on my last trip.
NAH
This is why we rock m43. Got a 28-300 mm, 50mm f1.8, 85mm f1.7, and 28mm 2.5 all I'm a fanny pack including the Olympus camera in it.
I’m only 22 and the older I get the less gear I try to bring 😭
CHILLL.

What gimbal was that?….. RS3 Mini?
