I save all the shampoo and conditioner trial size packets which are single use (figure out how often I'll be washing hair). I have one drawer with all our travel size products so everyone can select what they need. I keep any detergent samples that I receive so it works for traveling.
Hi mam
Can you please let me know your avacado trolley suitcase
Brand name
This kind of luggage only applied for a trip in USA . Around Europe they are too bulky . They are very strict either measures and weights
I just flew domestic last week — I had a toiletries greater than 3.4 oz & not in a clear bag. I’ve traveled with a full size Micellar Water and it wasn’t set aside for further assessment.
Those pouches are great
I need so much conditioner and will itch like crazy if I don’t use one of two brands. I’ve tried bar shampoo and conditioner and I look like that.
It works for people with fine hair, but coarse or curly hair….. I can use small sizes of other things, but a 15 night cruise is gonna need full size in my checked luggage.
Which I use skins AND wine bottle containers.
I found SunLeaf Shampoo and Body Soap bars at Natural Grocers. It's a 2-in-1 bar so you can save more space. I also use a Brookstone Toiletry Cube from Walmart
Do chapstick kinds of lip balm count as a liquid?
Security officials may throw away anything that isn’t in their original container. There are lots of solid products now you can use.
I love these, I love elvis, except for the sunscreen even.Dermatologists say sunscreen sticks do not give you the coverage.Unless you're putting on like thirty layers of it, it's just by sunscreen that your destination
Men are simple folk. I pack toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and a small rechargeable foil shaver. I'm not picky about shampoo and bodywash. Whatever the hotel has is fine.
wow, didn't realize so many products can actually come in stick format! Thank you for sharing, this is very valuable!
Rất hữu ích, thanks!
I use my washer as my soap dish.
Place on vanity and air dry both till departure.
Wet hands to get soapy rather than wet soap to soap up.
Just take soaped washer into the shower.
Shave soap with a potato peeler and fold a piece into your washer or body scrubber.
Put soap bar in the washer so what is transferred is enough for your next shower.
And save soggy soap by wiping it with next load of sink-wash.
Of course after use wring your washer as dry as you can and store it as preferred.
Or just carry on as usual.
I’m so happy I found oil cleansing capsules on Amazon. That way I won’t bring my liquid cleansing oil. 😊❤
Is that a condom you put over the bottles?😮😢😢
OMG!!! I have that larger 4 compartment toiletry bag and when you folded it but left it unzipped- I was blown away! I've got to try that for my next trip! thank you so much!!!
But 1 oz containers – you really don’t need 3 oz of anything for even 2 weeks. 1 oz containers are so much smaller!
My hack is to pack liquids that come in those trial pouches. You don’t need to put them in your liquids bag and I have been traveling for years with them and never flagged. Whenever I go/order to Sephora or ulta (or anywhere with samples) I just ask for a bunch of samples. Most have a few uses worth in the packet as well. I do this with face lotions, serums, sunscreen… you name it!
I keep them collected though out the year in separate bags and when I need to go anywhere I pull the out, grab what I need… super easy and space saving
Probably the most informative and useful video ever !! Thank you
how to reduce stress quickly
best places to work remotely
Wow! Great tips!! And I Never thought about cutting soap.!
You can just wet the dried out makeup remover clothes just like you wet the ones that come dry so you don't need to throw the dried out ones away.
I am a traveller for work (and vacations) and have been for the last 20 years…… I thought i would just have a look at this video to see if there was anything I could learn…….very impressive……I shall subscribe….every day is a school day 🎒😁
Luhxe bag
These isn’t a helpful approach because they is just to replace all of your liquids with solid form and that does not work for most people …maybe for a couple items.
Aly, what an excellent post! Although I don't travel a lot, there are so many great suggestions. I will save this.
Any tips on hair/blow dryers and curling irons or does anyone travel with them anymore? I don't have luxuriously long thick hair that can be pulled back and not washed for days. I have thin, fine hair that needs to by styled every day. The hotel hair dryers are usually bad or broken. Is a blow dryer considered a toiletry?
What purple shampoo bar do you use??
Toiletrie skins aka balloons!
5:37 I’m sorry what? I’ve never heard some say micellar water like that no offense or anything 😂😂
I pack my toiletry bag in my check on baggage not my carry on.
I have too many " just in cases" vertigo med, cold pills, Tylenol pm, melatonin.
In too high maintenance. I have too many essentials.
Before you go decanting liquids into those silicone bottles, consider how much of a product you REALLY need for the length of your stay. I.e. I find I can fit my morning moisturizer into one side of a screw-on contact lense case and it will last for a 7 day vacation. If you have enough advance time, decant your items and then use them as you would on your trip, but do it at home and see just how little you will actually need to take.
