The simplest way is to put a backpack underneath the seat and then lay your feet (without shoes) on top of it.

Foot harness/hammock is not allowed as it will damage the tray table. You’ll be told to remove it.
I have no clue what this is supposed to solve… stretching your legs and changing positions is recommended during flight. Not to mention the flimsy table and the person in front.
For her thoughts on a foot rest lift as we need and kids she should invent and patent it and sale to airline on her idea. I did for car foot rest.
