Better idea is to take a pillow case, stuff it in there and use as your pillow! Works for me!
I use my coat as back support cause I’m short and the support doesn’t line up with my back.

Most people don’t know this but the inside pocket on a Patagonia nano puff can be stuffed with the jacket itself.

I don't need to do this I have a reservable short booded puffer jack that folds up into its pocket and snaps together – instant neck pillow . Pity they aren't made anymore. If anyone finds one let me know I would like a spare one as I snaged mine on one of the sleeves . Best ouffer jacket I have ever purchased.
1. Please don't put it in the overhead bin! 2. I often use my jacket as a pillow or blanket. 3. Take your coat off before entering the airplane. Easier and more polite than trying to do it inside the plane. 4. Wearing your jacket backwards (back side in front of you, open side behind you, arms in the sleeves) keeps it out of your way and available when getting into your seat.
Sorry, but are those straps attached the coat? Did you use some other kinds of straps? I don’t understand that part of the video. I looked at the coat in the info, but did not show those straps. 🤔
