The inflatable pillow seems disgusting, like you are going to deflate it eventually and just have a huge load of hour old breath shooting into the plane air at one time. A bit nasty if I am sitting next to you 🤮

Bring a pillow case. Fill it with a puffy coat, the crappy pillow they give you, a travel blanket, or all three. Later, use for dirty clothes.
In stead of gum you can use menttos to and gum you can’t swallow and menttos go away in your mouth happy flying😊
