There’s a town in Alaska whose name is Wales which sits on a piece of land called Prince of Wales which is on the the Bering Strait and right off the coast is an island called Little Diomede Island which faces another island which is in Russia. That’s where, in winter, one can walk from the United States to Russia!

I lived in Alaska for 3 years. Best place ever. My first home was right down the road from Chena hot springs that the lady mentioned. Then my house was in North Pole close to Fairbanks. We loved our time living there. Hope to get back soon.

I rode the Alaska train from Whittier to Seward around 2003 it was really nice and comfortable and the people were super friendly
