1. The entrance to the Rail street has been barricicated by the Government enforcement personnel stopping the tourist to enter. Unless you have to bride them by buying drinks or foods to the shops inside the rail street in order to enter. That is ugly scene of corruption and severely damage to the image of tourism in Hanoi city. 😡😡😡
